  1. The license to open and run the academic programs by the ministry of higher education in DRC (no MINESU/DESP/165/0733/SG/160/2902/2013).
  2. The approval of DPHU by the Ministry of Higher Education in DRC no MINESU/ESU/DEOD/1612/0219/2022 as an Institute authorized to run distances learning
  3. Favorable report on DPHU after the Inspection showing via the document N° MINESURS/ESU/DEOD/1612/027/2014 dating on 15/08/2014  that DPHU is a viable and sustainable Higher Learning Institution fulfilling all Open and Distance Learning requirements to run the academic programs;
  4. The Letter of Ministry of Higher Education ; General Secretariate in DRC N° MINESU/SG/160/01/0404/2016 dating on 03/03/2016 authorising DPHU to run the academic programs at Bachelor, Master’s and PhD
  5. Letter from the Ministry of Higher Education in DRC No 0904/MINESU/CAB.MIN/MNB/MKK/2021 approving DPHU Digital Library
  6. The Ministerial Order N/Réf 276/MINESU/CAB.MIN/MNB/MKK/2022 of May 11, 2022 from His Excellency the Minister of Higher and University Education of the DRC authorizes the Doctoral School of Distant Production House University
  7. The agreement dating on 11/08/2022 between DPHU and the Ministry of Higher Education in DRC Department: CIDEP, in addition to Bachelor-Master and PhD programs, to run the Short courses
  8. The Ministerial order of Ministry of Higher Education in Niger dating on 22/07/2020 approving the Doctoral School of DPHU to operate in Niger
  9. The Ministerial Order  n ° 17-04084 / L / MINESUP / CAB / CT1 / dating on 27 april 2017 authorizing  DPHU to operate in Cameroun
  10. The accreditation of DPHU from the International Association for Quality Assurance in Higher Education (QAHE)
  11. The accreditation of DPHU from IEB – International Education Board as a Global Certification Authority

  12. Regional government accreditation: DPHU Achieves SADC Accreditation, Enabling Joint Degree Programs,Distant Production House University has been under the academic quality assurance inspection as it is shown by the Ministry of Higher Education order No594 MINESURS CABMIN/MMF/GGP/2014 du 20 Juin 2014 .The favorable report from the commission members led the Ministry of Higher Education in DRC with the act No MINESURS/SG/ESU/160/01/0404/2016 du 03 Mars 2016 to officially authorize DPHU to run the joint degree programs at Bachelor, Masters and PhD Level with other institution from the Southern African Development Community (SADC). In this context, at PhD Level, some joint Candidate jointly managed between DPHU and the partner Universities are graduating  everyyear.
