Ernestine YAMEOGO is a distinguished Human Resources Management Consultant, Educator, and Certified Lead Auditor. A recognized authority in integrated management systems, she uniquely blends over a decade of hands-on administrative leadership with deep expertise in Quality (ISO 9001), Occupational Health & Safety (ISO 45001), and Environmental (ISO 14001) standards.

Currently pursuing a PhD in Organizational Management, she holds an official authorization to teach at the university level in Burkina Faso and has shaped the professional development of numerous students and public sector officials. Her career is a testament to a steadfast dedication to quality, continuous improvement, and the strategic development of human capital.

Professional Certifications: She is a PECB Certified Lead Auditor (ISO 9001 & 45001), a Certified Lead Implementer (ISO 14001), and a PECB Certified Trainer.

National Policy: She has contributed to the development and update of Burkina Faso’s key Civil Aviation Security programmes.
