Refering to the Ministerial Order  n ° 17-04084 / L / MINESUP / CAB / CT1 / dating on 27 april 2017 authorizing  DPHU to operate in Cameroun, DPHU is the Partner of the Ministry of Higher Education in Cameroon to do the Capacity Building of the Public and Private Universities in Distance Learning Practices.
