Continuing Professional Development (CPD)

 

Continuing Professional Development (CPD) refers to the process of tracking and documenting the skills, knowledge and experience that you gain both formally and informally as you work.

Having capitalized the experience to reskill and upskill the engineers; DPHU has set a program to do the capacity building of Universities Lecturers to upgrading skills on their grades and this becomes one of the requirements to upgrade to the following grades until they become Emeritus Professors.

DPHU runs a CPD portfolio where members can record their CPD and produces resources which help our members to keep up to date within their field.
