Distant Production House University has been under the academic quality assurance inspection as it is shown by the Ministry of Higher Education order No594 MINESURS CABMIN/MMF/GGP/2014 du 20 Juin 2014 .

The favorable report from the commission members led the Ministry of Higher Education in DRC with the act No MINESURS/SG/ESU/160/01/0404/2016 du 03 Mars 2016 to officially authorise DPHU to run the joint degree programs at Bachelor, Masters and PhD Level with other institution from the Southern African Development Community (SADC).

In this context, at PhD Level , some joint Candidate jointly managed between DPHU and the Open University of Tanzania graduated on 27th November 2025. See the video as the evidence.
